Susan Wangui Matindi Waithaka

Susan is a Kenyan national who prior to joining the GEF, was working with the WWF Eastern Africa Regional Program Office (EARPO) in Nairobi, coordinating a program on Lake Victoria. Before that she worked with IUCN in various capacities as NGO programme Manager, as Communications Officer and also as a NEPAD program manager for Africa. Susan has a Bachelor's degree from Kenyatta University in Kenya and a Master's in Communication from the RMIT University in Melbourne Australia.
