Nhu Quynh Phan

Nhu Quynh, a Vietnamese national joined the Natural Resource Unit in 2008. She supports the Africa, MENA cluster and works on SAP contracting processes for administrative services, consulting service (e.g., firms, ETC/ETT, STT/STC), goods, representation and hospitality.., processes  contracts and payments, supports to the resource management and reporting of the work program and budget. Nhu Quynh has more than 15 years of experience in providing administrative, managerial and operations support to a diverse range of sectors and teams. Before joining GEF, she has been working at the World Bank Vietnam Office. Nhu Quynh holds 2 Bachelors degrees - one in Economics from the Hanoi National Economics University, and another in Arts (English and Russian) from the Hanoi University for Foreign Languages.
