Julienne is the liaison between the Global Environment Facility and Human Resources. In this capacity, she works closely with the CEO, the GEF management team, and the Lead HR Specialist on day-to-day issues pertaining to Human Resources Management of the GEF.

As the first point of contact for staff and management, she supports and advises on various HR matters. Prior to joining the GEF, Julienne was part of the World Bank Networks HR team. She holds a Master’s in International Management and Development and a Bachelor’s in Finance.
